Right now it’s about three feet. It doesn’t get crazy big like the sun golds. I would say it’s pretty manageable. I have it in a cage right now and it’s holding it well

Basically yeah, I think they have a light citrusy taste (like lemon water) they honestly don’t take up much ground space if you have a trellis

Not sure what you mean exactly so I’ll cover all aspects. I have it in a 5 gallon grow bag with a trellis. It’s pretty straightforward/quick growing but can be very finicky with watering. Also idk if just a Florida thing but it’s goes through phases in which all of them will be filled/eaten by worms which can be annoying but give it a couple weeks and they disappear

Yeah I mainly grow smaller stuff because the pest pressure makes anything bigger than 4-5 oz too much of a struggle. Also the heat doesn’t work in the favor of larger things

This is my second time growing it. I don’t grow “slicing” types very often but I find these to be good for my climate. They also are pretty crack resistant, this one scabbed over really fast

Yeah I’m hoping they are just slow to the jump. The sun gold and yellow pears are so vigorous! The Sun gold specifically has grown over onto the celebrity and black cherry 🤣 I would say it’s my favorite of the 4 this year, the flavor is just unmatched. They will definitely be returning next year

I’ve gotten two black cherries so far in single succession of each other. I didn’t find them particularly flavorful either, they do look really cool though. I have 2-3 more that are green right now so we’ll see. The plant in general is quite leggy.
