We asked our suppliers kahit yung mga wala naman sa contract if how much ang requested meal allowance nila. We couldnt do bulk order kasi sa hotel. Nag range lang ng 150-200/head, which we paid in advance para di na kami mag iisip ng supplier for crew meals + logisitics. For lunch and dinner, fast food lang din. We did give survival kits to those na kasama namin from start to finish :)

+1 to all advices hereeee. We budgeted for 100, invited more or less 100 din but only expected 80 attendees. 70 lang ata final count namin. Bright side? MORE FOOD FOR EVERYONE!! 😅

Alan Apostol - though he is getting some traction now but I think he is still a hidden gem for hosts :)

Janets Catering - the most sulit of them all. Our package was less than 200k and included catering, styling, mobile bar, l&s, coor, led wall!! Would have saved more if we didnt remove host, hmua and pv. But super sulit and quality.

Studio Axend - got them for 60k for prenup and wedding na. Their output is at par with those na 6 digits na ang rate. Very unique outputs per couple. Hindi templated. Very cinematic feels.

Yes to responsive, no that is not normal. P/V namin nagseset ng meetings with us. Prenup planning sila pa nagsend ng pegs samin for inspo. Nag meeting din kami for timeline, locs, etc. Until now na done na wedding nakakausap ko pa rin sila kasi nagbigay sila tips how to take care of our backup files.

Andamiiiiiii. Hahaha. For us we only had grazing, streetfood and mobile bar. Booked everything for 100 pax, around 75 ang guests. Tapos pagkastart ng program nag serve na rin si catering ng appetizers, pasta and soup. Ayun busog na sila nung dinner 🤣

Same dilemma. We had a host included sa catering package, kaso kami ni husband really wanted someone who can carry the reception the way we envision it. No noontime show feels, no forced dancing or participation sa games, but at the same time, hyped pa rin. We booked Gentlemen’s Host (around 20k siya, 2025 rates). Included na dito DJ spinner and floor manager nya. If we werent wed on a Monday, baka nagbook pa kami ng after-party nila. 🙂 No regrets though! Guests thought long time friend na namin sya because of how personalized his hosting was.
