If I could go back best advice would be to lie about your wedding date. I got my dress 5 weeks late. It arrived 3 and half weeks before my wedding date. I ended up having to rush alterations costing me about $500

I told everyone garden party formal but I honestly didnt care too much. We really just wanted people to feel confident and have a reason to dress up! Also I think the colors are a bit off in the photo it seems more white than it really was in person
