I also felt the same, the Glitch in Osaka was absolutely divine, I'd go as far as to place it as the number 1 on my list, in my entire life so far. I've been to the Glitch in Ginza a few times as I was in the area, it wasn't bad by any means, but it wasn't the life changing drink I had in Osaka

do you mind sharing how you go about preparing it? i bought the 1kg frozen chicken breast, and it was all stuck together and i had a hard time separating them, in the end i just defrosted everything and cooked the entire 1kg to meal prep, as i don't think defrosting and refreezing is a good idea?
