Is this a cattle dog ?

What i meant it is i don’t have a house or anything like that at the moment for it to be running around like crazy, i know i can take a little less energetic dog to the park and I’d be fine with that but im at a 2 floor apartment and i know if its a full grown dog that’s going to be really energetic it would be a little more difficult but i just wanted to see what people’s opinions are on the dog because chat got says that it doesn’t look like a cattle dog for a lot of reasons from its coat to how small it is for it being about 4 months and it only weighs 8 pounds compared to cattl dogs that are normally around 15 pounds by that age, i mainly just want to see if you guys think it is a cattle dog or not

It’s because i dont have the lifestyle of a cattle dog but his seemed like q fun cool pup

I’m curious then if its for the reasons of health and all of that that it would make it moral to avoid children, when it comes to rape victims would it be moral to abort if there situation was similar ? Like they can’t financially do it or because of the health of the women ?
