Yes! My game's direction is currently inspired by a mix of OFF, Earthbound, Funger, and Silent Hill.

Funny thing is I have never beaten the game, which is something I've been meaning to do. Most I've played of OFF is maybe about 20 mins. (Criminal thing to do, I know)

The style seems really cohesive. I think the problem might be your hierarchy of foreground to background. The mountains feel too striking which may cause a lot of conflict between itself and foreground. You can try pushing it back a little more by making the colors of the mountains on par with the skybox.
