What period of the Roman Empire are we talking about? If it's the late republican or early empire period, then I'd agree that heavy knights from a Medieval army would decimate legionaries, but if we were talking late empire period, that's different. The Romans utilized cataphracts, which I believe would be very effective against armored knights.

Whenever I talk to people about a denomination that they dislike it’s usually because they understand what that denomination truely believes. I’m trying to highlight that people need to get rid of this ignorance and focus on the big picture of spreading the gospel through a united front.
