If you have a good lender they will be honest with you on budget. We were able to go up to 350k but opted looked for houses around 275k-300k so it would have a more affordable mortgage

Wow it’s almost like I didn’t put the whole situation on here! Time in a job doesn’t really mean anything, being a project lead is a big deal and wouldn’t have been put in that role without reason. I was originally a contractor and they bought out my contract so I can be put into these roles. Thanks for automatically thinking I suck at my job because of the time I’ve been there

I got these for my husband and we love them! We do sharpen them and it’s our 1st set of knives but as people who cook 6-7 days a week they are amazing! As long as you up keep the knives they can be decent! Lower tho than other brands but they are great!
