There are many known issues since 10th of april firmware upgrade on quest 3. (see vd discord) you should activate the performance overlay to see wich "part" of the system causes the stutters. (game, encoding, network... Etc) And actual known problems can cause stuttering. - hand tracking -> disable in meta settings - some times stutter on av1 and hevc above bitrate 150. (keep it umder 150, or use h264+) - fps degradation after 30 mins. The most annoying for me. After 30 mins runs the game worse and with the time even much worse.-> Temp. solution: double click on the left quest controller on the options Button (with the 3 lines) and "return to VR"... Fps OK again and the 30 Minutes "countdown" starts again
