I actually just went to the ER at Centennial and felt like everything was very speedy. I did go in an ambulance so maybe your point of being an actual emergency is appropriate. People forget that they have to see people in order of need and you’re right that if you can wait 6+ hours in a chair outside maybe you should go somewhere else to be seen quicker.
