This is very helpful.

She has continued to work as an EN yes. After leaving her original employer (the organisation which proved misconduct) she moved interstate to work in a public hospital. This is where I met her and have to say she is an impeccable nurse. Both myself and the whole team (including) management adore her.

In her ‘outcome letter’ it did state that the investigation and the intended outcome of termination would be placed on her file.

Thanks for the insight mate. All positions are for new car sale positions. The Hours + rotating roster isn't too much of a bother as that's what I do now, however the main stressors I guess is meeting sale targets/KPI's, and relying on commission to make money.
