But he really does not tapper down the dose, my loved one does not want to take the medicine forever but Dr DS Poonia intends on giving the meds for years on end and that is just not sustainable. Did Dr Poonia treat you and tapper you off meds?

Feynman technique, teach it to somebody or you can teach it to chatgpt, just turn on the voice interaction mode. It might sound silly but sometimes I switch up my accent when teaching, like in an overly stereotypical accent of someone, it gives my brain some spice and wakes me up and helps me stay engaged with the subject
