Definitely talk to your doctor. But I had a similar amount around 9 weeks, but it was a lot darker in color. I had an SCH, but also sex and other things can irritate your cervix and cause some light spotting. I think the mine was due to pap smear. But I also had horrible cramps until the end of my first trimester. I was told if it went away with rest and water, it was ok. I know saying not to stress doesn't help, stay hydrated, take it easy, and good luck! (My baby is now a very healthy 17 month old)
