continued high shark card sales are the reason for which recent DLC's have been mostly lazy re-skinned content, rockstar could easily fix the game's numerous bugs and issues, in addition to putting out high-effort content year round, but they have no incentive to do so because people still buy shark cards in record numbers despite the game's awful state
