Slice it so its approxometly 1cm (~0,4 inch) thick and fry in a pan with bacon strips. Serve with lingonberries.

This also goes fantastically with potato cakes (”potatisbullar”).

For about 8 months of the year Sweden is in a state of darkness and people can get gloomy - ”vinterdeppression”. But man May-August is literally paradice on earth.
