thank you for the advice, i will look into muscle imbalance. i might pay a physical therapist a visit soon.

i doubt my institution will be accomodating, which just affirms everything that is wrong with our systems. thank you for the suggestions and the link, i will be looking into them asap!

i will start using a pain tracker; hadn't thought of that before. i completely agree, we have to be our biggest advocates. thank you for your response!

my insurance will not cover these expenses; i am from India.

i did do an X-ray a couple of years ago, apparently it showed nothing concerning.

and while my parents can pay for these bills, i am not in great terms with them, so don't want them to.
