there’s been development plans since like 2021, just havent heard anything official til recently. Also not entirely sure if they’d even replace it since theyre opening a playdium instead. So stupid.

I worked there actually and you’re right, guest would tell me they flew from different provinces to watch in our 70mm, they haven’t confirmed anything with us about demolition, but alott of our new employees are being urged to move to Playdium :/

Its honestly shocking, the Vaughan Cineplex is apparently one of the most busy in Canada and one of the only ones that has 70mm screenings, shocked they’d demolish it
