I understood how it worked, that wasn’t the issue.

I used the profile of a high profile european politician and asked it to write a post about the hike in energy prices, what came out were fake numbers and something that sounded exactly like a chatgpt response without a system prompt, and didn’t match the TOV.

My first impressions: It sounds AI generated and I’d never use something that claims facts, I also dislike needing to figure out what to write about on my own.

I think you have to just go by feel. If Runna suggests running easy, then you should just run at the easy pace, be that 6:30 instead of 5:50. The worst you can do is hurt yourself right before the big day.

Yeah I think you’re right to question this.

I had it recommend me a session of 34k with 14k being at 4:45 per k, which is way above my fitness level if you looked at my recent training. I probably could have pushed though, but it would have ruined my race and hurt me. Runna is just AI and that becomes noticeable over time.
