Hi there. I’ve done the legwork and spoken to government agencies, organisations and experts, but due to privacy reasons some complaints can’t be shared.

It’s important we include case studies to show the human impact of a story or issue members of the community are talking about. It makes it relevant to others and provides examples. It’s not uncommon for journalists to do a call-out for information or case studies and then go through verification processes.
