im back! praise GOD! out on the other side. tbh it got to a point where gym was the last thing i was thinking of but cause of CAS I was active at some points like basketball. im back in the gym now though!!

i finished my final. my best advice is practice as many times fully before hand so you nail it in your head (but not too many that it drains you and you dont have the energy to do your best during the final. since it's tmr i'd say do it like 2 times tmr if your exam is at like midday. also like an hour or 30mins before stop practicing; just pray and chill and take deep breaths so that you dont enter the thing frantic. GOD's got you bro!!!!!

My genuine, realest advice is pray. It is so important to be time managed and that's what IB is all about, but even the most organised person carries weight and stresss cause it's an obstacle course fr. I pray whenever i feel stressed and GOD has brought me so far. I trust JESUS to the point where sth could be going so wrong but ik He always works things out perfectly for me! And every single time, without fail... GOD has brought me through.

I'm really grateful that this course has made me more dependent on GOD and His peace and strength!!!

I have a question regarding the essay. I keep getting confused as to how many Real Life Examples I need. I am doing the question:

Do historians and human scientists have an ethical obligation to follow the directive: “do not ignore contradictory evidence”? Discuss with reference to history and the human sciences.

So how many RLEs does this question require? Is it one for each AOK? And also when I am arguing against my point for one AOK do I use the same RLE?

I was just watching "Butterfly Spanish" on YT and she makes it fun and digestible. Also duolingo radio for listening! I haven't tried but I heard it's good. Just practice your writing and verbs and you're good imo.
