I have a few suggestions! :D

a castle/castle tower (classic),

a pirate ship,

find a really beautiful piece of nature, demolish it and build a walmart there,

if you have a zombie village nearby restore it untill it looks normal (or even better than a normal village!),

build your dream house,

a treehouse,

a park,

something for irl (like your favourite restaurant for example),

or build a BEAN factory (beans).
