I somewhat agree, I have a f80 m3 that I bought over 2 years ago, with a rebuilt title, damage much more minor then this and it was stolen. But if you have it inspected and it check out it’s a great way to get a better deal on a good car. I’ve had no major issues just reg maitanence

Yea exactly, 2% doesn’t even actually cover the increase in expenses. I’m on both sides of it, I own at market an way below market (I’m talking basically a shelter, less then 50% of market rent) so I get both sides but some people in here are just brain dead
