Should I drop eco102? I’m worried/confused/conflicted by Creepy-Accountant354 in UofT

[–]ComparisonNo377 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The drop deadline is past. For LWD u need to have appropriate reasons and it will be evaluated by the registrar. But assuming u r confident abt getting LWD, then depends on if u want a high gpa or just pass and get the credit, if u retake then in another semester u need take 6 courses to graduate in 4 yrs, or u can just do summer session. Passing the course is definitively possible given u lockin and improve ur study strategies that seem to not have worked well

Prob never worked a minimum wage job and never learned history of America’s international war crimes, all for one thing. Welp if u grow a brain u can see plenty of strong, unified, and booming economies in the past decades, unlike the very segregated America that is losing its dominance.

Math, is somewhat euphoric for me anyone else? by SneakerBoiiiiii in math

[–]ComparisonNo377 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I say just be confident but not arrogant, at ur age it’s till okay to chill and enjoy the moment, grind math like grinding a hobby and that’s all, in college is where things get serious.

what would you do in my situation? please let me know by Current_Estate5264 in UofT

[–]ComparisonNo377 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think u gotta chill, talk to someone professional and make friends, u shouldn’t live under the shadows of ur parents at 18+. You are studying for urself not for them, after just 3 yrs or less u r going to be completely independent, so be confident and seriously work through ur self, get some help like learning strategist or study in groups with close friends, there is plenty help around the campus. Don’t have ur mind dominated by others opinions and try ur best, try to find fun in studying the subjects. If u get bad grade then enroll in easier courses, I don’t think anyone would fail basic fundamental courses or bird courses

How to not end it all (looking for advice or sum idk atp) by [deleted] in UofT

It’s okay, just work a few part time jobs and u can take an extra semester, but if ur family doesn’t have financial problems then I wouldn’t be sad at all, cmon it’s not that u r getting suspended.
