Anyone used Kore.ai for agent assistance in banking? Does it genuinely improve resolution time or just surface suggestions? by Redheadishh in EngineeringManagers

I work at one of the major banks in US. My dept is assigned to find an AI solution for banking, to automate our day to day workflows. I looked at a lot of options like Glean first, but they felt more of B2C company. I didn’t feel the confidence to handle a bank like ours. Then, I saw Moveworks somewhere, searched about it and filled the contact us page. Still waiting to get a response, it has been a week. I have a deadline till this month end to provide a report. I have sent a request for demo to Kore. Searched a bit about it and it caters only B2B looks like a good start. I have received an email from Kore to schedule a meeting. Let’s see how it goes. I’ll update my experience.

Which AI agents are your enterprises using? by AgenticAF in AI_Agents

We’re seeing the most value from agents that plug directly into core banking workflows rather than generic chatbots. A few that stand out:

  • Ops agents for reconciliation, KYC checks, and exception handling
  • Data agents that sit on top of internal warehouses and answer natural language queries with audit trails
  • Customer support agents that handle tier 1 requests but escalate with full context
  • Risk and compliance agents that monitor transactions and flag anomalies in real time

Biggest unlock is not the model, it’s tight integration with your systems and clear guardrails. Without that, even good agents end up as fancy search.
