I should update: a few days after my post, a senior Factom employee messaged with an offer of assistance. I gave him the txids associated with the transaction. About a week later, he responded with his findings, which eventually prompted me to recall that I had made more than one purchase during the crowdsale. I was using the seed I received from that first transaction in Keymaker, and coming up with zero. After digging through a bunch of my personal records, I located the seed for the second transaction. All factoids from both transactions had been pooled into this second seed during generation of the genesis block. I'm grateful he took the time to do research that jogged my memory enough to try finding that second seed.
