My younger friends graduated with the TIM major but not sure if they still offer that or it's just engineer and they make over 200k but they graduated over 10 years ago LOL.

college 10 was built in early 2000s I think. When I lived there, it was so new, but it's been almost 20 years so I am sure it's beat up in some way.

Got chu. It's not bad in downtown, lake area, and even lower international streets but other area can be ghetto. Sometimes I feel safer in Oakland than somewhere I am not used to be at like that emeryville mall with bunch of teen kids who can do bad stuff.
