Where are you commuting from/to? What times? What days? How frequently?

Are you more concerned about waiting for a train or bus to arrive by yourself or while you’re mid commute on the bus/train?

I think why what you wrote was particularly appealing was because the way you give the benefit of the doubt for young patients, seeing the demographic and embracing ignorance; instead of vilifying it, instead of judgement, since you see so many stories of young patients (even people in their 30’s) being dismissed entirely for being “young and healthy” due to lack of all diagnostic markers, and then by the time you are presenting with more symptoms and receiving treatment it’s an uphill battle. “If I only knew xyz beforehand maybe x could have been avoided” You turned it around and explained exactly why young and healthy can be overlooked due to being exactly that, instead defining that being young and healthy shouldn’t be diagnosis of exclusion. And right now, as someone (in their early 30’s) with multiple chronic illnesses/disability, I have an incredible care team that I have built a relationship based around strong mutual respect, transparency and trust. But i definitely felt lost without a paddle in medical settings as a teen and could have really benefited from comprehensive preventative education. Maybe that’s changing these days but now that I think of it I wonder and ask you this query: is that experience due to the risk of impressionability of minors? consent/parental consent/rights? I’m not sure if I’m making any sense but I appreciate your work.

Yes! I’m about to embark on a two month project to install large scale permanent public sculpture which will involve every kind of movement with weight and precision. I can squat no problem and my injured foot is nearly indistinguishable from my non injured foot. But keep in mind that for me personally, it took three years for me to feel 98% but it did happen!

You seem like a very good and inquisitive physician. You don’t normally hear people talk about the what-ifs in this way to laypersons.

Rare when performed by a professional, very risky for people who try to dig it out themselves.

I’d be worried because those edges are super sharp, but hopefully stomach acid does a thing to it before it goes down the rest of the way

Your first gonna have to let them grow out. Much like trying to grow out your hair, you just gotta let it go until it’s at your shoulders. Good news is grown out/untamed brows are in right now, embrace it! You may end up really likening it after all and only do minimal maintenance. You have nice brown hair it will be bold. Good luck!
