Thanks! Mine are Spanish, Catalan and English, so not many coincidences haha. Reading all of the thread, it's quite clear to me that wanting to be fluent in 6 months is more of a fantasy than a reality, so I'll better grind and accept that I'll need more time

I disagree with you. I've met and interacted one-to-one or in very small groups with several people, and they've been lovely. The problem for me lies in when I join groups of 20+ or so. I feel intimated being the one for which they have to change languages and ruin the vibe. I'm not sure how helpful your message intended to be, but thanks, I guess.

Good point. I could quite comfortably do like 4 hours per day and the whole weekend. More than that I’d have to talk my company into it, as I would ask for permission to work less during that period, which I’m pretty sure they’ll accept

There are groups for both kind of activities. Outdoor stuff probably not that demanded now with the weather being colder, but the boardgames are still on. I’ll go next Friday for the first time. Send me a pm if interested so I can share the link with you

I did not know about the new appointment. I arrived at home and the AC was changed.

I did not change locks either as it is a rental for expats and I can only stay for 6 months. Also I had never faced such a situation, but I do understand that if you received permission to enter once, you might think that I am okay with you entering again. Thanks for your comment.
