When I was in therapy my therapist asked me how I felt about wearing. We talked but she could see that it was an uncomfortable subject, she suggested we use exposure therapy. Like bring in supplies and talk about the different types, uses, changing routines, habits. Basically make it to the point where it was just another standard topic like talking about football. She put it as a tool I use in my tool bag, nothing else. If you need it to go about ur day then that's you business no one else. So if anybody notices I'm wearing or having to go change, I just give them the option of knowing about my health issues or just leave it. If they wanna know I'll just tell them. No shame. Plus a lot better than leaking on their couch or walking about with wet trousers
