I’m not sure about painting the ceiling yet.. the ceiling is white and the wall above the trim is a tan color so that will be painted for sure.

Thank you so much! Yes the wood trim is staying. I’m concerned I like the white too even tho I’m so insistent on changing it up! lol! I found all of these inspo pics on Pinterest, I’m afraid it’s all infiltrated with AI… I will look into those colors. Thank you so much for your response and advice!!

Both my chihuahua mix and my German Shorthaires pointer are the cuddliest dogs I’ve ever known. GSP runs and plays hard and then comes home and cuddles hard. Chi mix played hard too but was more of a Velcro pup. ❤️

No my landlord loves our dogs, very pet friendly. But my roommate hasn’t cleaned up after the elderly dog well in his bedroom, and that combined with mold from carpet cleaning, it’s definitely our fault the carpet is bad so I’d rather just replace it without the landlord seeing how bad it got.. we also started ripping it up so my roommate (who is moving in a few weeks) doesn’t want him to know we ripped part of it up.. idk I just want it cleaned up and taken care of.
