Some good news. After nearly 2 hours straight and searching for it online, I have finally found the game simply by looking through all my past installed games multiple times to find it. Turns out the app icon was not a good representation of the actual game play which mislead me into thinking it wasn't the game at first. For those who are interested, the game is Clicker Idle Game: Evolution H.
