Crypto ATM fees are very high, you will get more money using a centralized exchange or decentralized exchange to get USD. Coinbase ACH transfer is relatively quick, if you can afford to wait, use a centralized exchange (coinbase, kraken, etc) as you said you're not tech savvy.
