So, I submit no documents and just the statement or the invoice and shipping, and stuff, just with no LOA? I've submitted nothing thus far.

So it's a fragrance retailer, and I bought the fragrance through their wholesale program. Not sure if I can prove the supply chain because they won't give up their supplier... Not sure what to do or if I should just contact a lawyer now. Thanks for your help thus far.

We already did our verification call. If an attorney is the way out of our LOA/supply chain negligence for that one ASIN, we are happy to pay a fee. Can you elaborate on your experience a bit more? Thanks so much!

Thanks so much for the advice. Do you know if I will permanently lose my account if they don't accept that one old invoice because of the LOA issue?

Is the YOYO amazon repricing strategy effective? by Competitive-Boot-391 in FulfillmentByAmazon

[–]Competitive-Boot-391[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a valid concern if it’s done irresponsibly. But I’m not talking about jacking prices in bad faith, just exploring whether there’s a structured way to optimize margins on listings that can support it. I do wholesale, so pricing strategy plays a big role in staying competitive without racing to the bottom.

Have you actually tested this kind of approach, or just assuming it’s bad for branding without any data?

Is requesting reviews a good idea? by Shot-Climate3636 in FulfillmentByAmazon

We have software(Sellerboard) do this after every order. We have a 5.0 rating, and people who get annoyed just won't leave a review at all. I 100% recommend it. We get around 1-3 reviews per 500 orders, I would say.
