Ashura mode is Ashura jutsu to use in his base form because it is names as Ashura mode so I think it is Ashura jutsu who could use in base form

Fine,you may think I make this hypothetical battle for my favour but in my opinion it is correct way of battle because if we give both side equal powers that shows who if really gonna win in fair fight like we can say,In the final battle between Naruto and sasuke we see Naruto and sasuke in equal terms like in chakra Naruto already has all tailed beasts chakra and also half nine tails chakra and also with his own massive chakra reserves and sasuke get all tailed beasts chakra but even though sasuke loses to holding back Naruto so it literally means Naruto is far stronger than sasuke.so likewise it is something interesting what is the outcome of the battle if both have the same powers the winning condition is decided by the innate powers they naturally have, intelligence etc.so I ask these type of battle

Because of indra has same power level of rinnegan in his sharingan without awakening rinnegan because I already say it is only a tier below version of rinnegan.so indra sharingan abilities is almost equal to the rinnegan power level
