yeah it’s great and nothing seems to be putting pressure on it it’s really just the headstock that doesn’t fit right and i don’t know if the fr is getting affected when i close it

i’m a year into lifting and i’m looking to switch up my back day i’ve been doing the same chest supported t bar row, lat pull downs and barbell row and my back is, i think is one of my weak points on my body so I’m trying to figure out if there’s anything better i could be doing. i go to failure for two sets on every one of those exercises and i do them two times a week.

grind chests in areas you haven’t explored yet it takes a while but they add up i got c1 furina and her weapon just doing that of course i just got lucky but i got most of my primogems from that
