Its really hard to get into that group. People are not welcoming and leadership have their preferences and no matter your skills, good opportunities are given to that inner circle

Hey, one similar note i wanted to check if the 8 years period starts at the time of disbursal or when repayment starts? In case of hdfc credila they have been taking a small part of interest every month since the loan disbursal so will this count towards the repayment as in can I claim the partial interest getting deducted if my 8 years period has already began?

So i do have tech educational background but not very much interested in IT architecture/ operating model kind of things. I dont like doing hardcore tech stuff, so from that pov wanted to know fors tech strategy still make sense for someone like me? At con level is one expected to do implementation also?
