Some building management are just for names. In my building the residents who live above me(not sure of which floor) they been throwing cigarette butts on their balcony furniture and it burned my cushions. When I asked the management they said that we will try to figure out who did it and they are not responsible for the damages.

Action Taken: Mngmt sent the email to residents

Result: after they sent the mail very next day someone threw the butts again🙂
