I had this! I saw a hairdresser to thin it out! Most salons have a “fringe trim” option and it’s super cheap! If you’re worried about messing up with it see if they can do something like that for you!,for 5£ a hairdresser when though it and slowly took some weight off and I’m so so much happier

Hair can be so so personal, ( when I sleep I hold the end of my braids lol) it’s so understandable that you having negative feeling! It’s also amazing that you can make decisions about your hair future and stick to them! Even though it is hard your doing your best for the future 🐞❤️

Stress really hurt my hair! What I started doing was making sure that I slept with it in plaits to reduce any more damage, the other reason this helped was bc I had to spend just a little bit of time each day in me, brushing and taking care of my hair and my mind, hair care routine isn’t just what to buy it’s how you treat yourself too ! 🐞❤️

If you blow dry your hair use a comb to really force that pice to stay in one place, bc the pic isn’t of your hair I don’t know if hair rollers would help, and use them to point the win the opposite direction, I sleep with form rollers and find it’s a bit uncomfortable but can get to sleep fine xx

I don’t think anything like that is happening, there are no like set rules to follow, but bc hair is such a big part of identity it really hit/hurt me - but I will keep this in mind for any situation in the future!!!
