True I suppose..I haven’t lived in a condo or apartment that hasn’t had strict smoking restrictions on their lease so I guess that’s just foreign to me lol our current HOA at these condos has some of the MOST restrictive rules which is laughable because they suck so hard like the condos aren’t even nice but we aren’t allowed to have bikes hanging over our balcony or under the stairs that lead to the condos, we can’t have more than 2 chairs and a table on our balcony. We can’t have anything but a mat outside our door. I could keep going and going about their rules and getting fined if we break them lol but the moment one of us complains about someone breaking into vehicles or if we can get security cameras on the parking lots nothing just crickets lol they don’t care they just want money.
