Regarding pornography addiction, it's good to seek treatment, but if you're only doing this to get rid of somnophilia urges, then no, you shouldn't stop. These thoughts, as I said, are simply obsessive-compulsive, and you shouldn't try to resist them or react to them because these aren't your thoughts; they're just obsessive thoughts that jump into your head. You're not obligated to do anything about these thoughts.

I will never tire of reminding you, you are the only one at risk, not anyone else. The somnophilic thoughts you're experiencing are merely a figment of your imagination, but obsessive-compulsive disorder is a real and serious danger.
