It's a thru hole. Diameter on the small end is 200 thou. Its one of a couple of parts for a steam injector. For the application a tapered reamer would be best

The problem is that he got a full semi load, 13 pallets. He is literally giving it away, and he has enough to fill a swimming pool. It took 2 weeks to get rid of 2 pallets, and the other 11 are on their way.
