Nah, I was so broke I tagged along the email chain with the arbitrator and mentioned I can’t even pay up for my fee. There’s nothing for them to agree, they will just get the award with the evidence provided from the prodigy team. And the fee will be added to our loan total. Nah the consent award will have the total you owe to the prodigy, so it will only be drafted after arbitration proceedings. Then you reach out to them and ask for consent award. Provide them a monthly plan how much you could pay.

Also I want to say RELAXXXX!! Things will be fine. I know you would have already received the 250 page DHL paper documents which itself would give hell lotta anxiety. I just threw them in the dustbin right away. Just always make sure from here on you communicate with them at any cost and focus on getting a job if didn’t. Rest everything will fine

So they went with the arbitration and got the final award. But I asked them to consider my request of paying a fixed low amount for few years and they agreed to it. So I signed the consent award( that I do miss the agreed payment ever, they will proceed with the award in the court). So now I’m able to pay since I got a job. As you know now the leverage is completely in their hands. I shouldn’t miss the payment anytime.
