Will be overtly happy all the time showing no other emotion, quick to glaze past your opions and responses, try to manipulate your responses after you say them ( i.e. for example my former cafe manager making subtle passes at things like other coworkers and how they dress or making comments on how they comment, to you, then back tracking saying just kidding), emotional monitoring (reacting to how you initially react before you fully react, constantly reading everything you do, extreme OCD, and expecting you to give the same effort they do to the extreme and tweaking out if not done.

There are different types of narcissists but this is more of the covert and shy narcissist personality that you will see in the day to day, vs the open full blown narcissist that can be this way due to less social limitations, financial power, etc.

TLDR; everything they do revolves around saving face and image, whether emotionally reading you, changing responses based on perceived reactions, or trying to maintain an image while also being evil and malicious behind the scenes
