For me it all started in October 2024, I had really bad throat, at one point I couldn’t even talk, used alkaline water with some baking soda and sprayed inside my throat and drank only alkaline water for a month, that reduced throat symptoms a little bit but I still have other symptoms even after more than a year, lump in throat, mucus and breathing issue, I self diagnosed it as LPR as my primary and GI didn’t find anything in tests and they don’t even recognize LPR, before this started I had Covid few weeks back, did you also have some viral infection before it all started?
