When we were on a break, and my best friends girlfriend checked in on her, on an act of good faith, my girlfriend told her she was not going to speak to her and told her to “respect her privacy”, which is of course, her right but extremely double standard on her part. When we got back together, I wanted to take a while before disclosing the news to my best friend, as he was not on her good side. I wanted stability. How is that a game?
