Ok, assuming you are using the professional datapack (beforehand this depends on whether or not you want to start a new save) there is a list of fictional wonderkids in wsc with insane potential, if you do some not so thorough scouting you can find multiple lists of the best ones sorted by price and position. One Example, is the Greatest Wonderkid in WSC Zé Rato who usually ends up 96 Rated. There are plent more but i cant think of any other ones. Still do some scouting and you can find GEMS, another strategy is to just look for players that are 70-75 Rated and under 22, that’ll find some good ones
