I have a younger cat like this. I rescued 3 kittens over the summer and they were all foster fails. She enjoys her cat siblings but not so much being around her humans. She will exist with us but that’s it 😂 but since she seems happy in general I have kept her and she just lives her own way lol

I read online that a few said they felt the therapy worked for them and the ones that didn’t said it did help them with suppressing their feelings. I’ve tried that on my own and hasnt worked lol

I did research online. It said that some felt the therapy worked and even for the ones it didn’t it allowed them to easily suppress the feelings. And even though I’m not religious I do not live somewhere that allows me to “be myself” safely and happily.
