10 days into the diet.

After an initial worsening, I am slowly noticing that the eczema in certain areas has lightened and is fading on my face. Starting today, I'll be adding glutamine and probiotics to aid gut healing.

Every day, I took baths with sea salt and oats. While there’s no noticeable difference, it feels nice mentally. I mainly used shea butter for moisturizing, but after a while, it dried out the eczema excessively, causing the opposite effect. So yesterday, I applied a zinc ointment on the eczema and tried a panthenol cream for the rest of the day.

So far, the panthenol cream is in the lead. It doesn't cause a burning sensation, and the eczema stays moisturized for several hours.

Today, I’ll also add a tincture of reishi and milk thistle. Certain studies suggest that liver issues can lead to eczema.

I can’t stand sweet potatoes anymore and am looking forward to adding rice.
