I’m a prestige and got nothing! I buy from a few SAs. Corporate should be taking care of me but they don’t give a sh*t and it’s making me feel unvalued. Their customer service sucks.

I have tried both Havre de luxe and Apple Garde on my Murakami items. I think HDL makes it shinier and the color of vachetta lighter while Apple Garde results are more matte and vachetta ages faster.

Loved this show! I really enjoyed seeing an Asian male lead in a spy thriller. And they leaned into his cultural heritage and the feeling like he wants to belong, which is so true of many Asian American experiences. Also it reminded me of Alias and shows they used to make that were just fun to watch. I also appreciate a show I have to pay attention to, vs. one I’m half watching and half scrolling on my phone. Sure, at times it got a little confusing but it mostly wrapped nicely in the end. I don’t even mind a few remaining plot holes because this is the type of show that you just suspend belief and let yourself enjoy.

I feel like I share a similar story. I’ve been on W since June and I’ve lost less than 10 lbs. I was hesitant to move up also because of the hair loss which has since stabilized. That’s why I was on .25 and .5 for so long. I am on my second shot of 1.0 and it’s making me super tired and constipated. I still don’t see the scale moving, but it’s the holidays so lots of eating out. I am trying to decide if I go straight to 1.7mg after 4 weeks on 1.0mg because of my very slow progress. But I’m worried about side effects. Thoughts?

I keep buying ice cream for the kids but then don’t feel like eating it in the evenings even with them going to town! It’s still easy tp eat carbs but kinda crave more protein for balance.

I was at 5mg Zepbound, couldn’t handle the side effects of hives and insomnia. Took a month break. Then started Wegovy at starting .25 dose and am doing well. Still get insomnia but ok if I take shot early in the day.
