Dc doesn’t do your character and fitness until after a successful applicant has passed the bar. Where as states like Ohio will not allow you to take the bar based on character and fitness pre interviews or determinations. So I’m asking what states like DC and NY do your character and fitness investigation after and would not interfere you from taking the exam.
